In July 1999, the Dresdner Sinfoniker performed the 3rd Symphony the first time. They also released a CD. Now they are courageous again for a real surprising concert program: El Dorado. John Adams's Composition "El Dorado" combined with Terterian's 3rd Symphony and a composition of Linda Buckley, "Turn" which is performed at two places simultaneously, in Venice and in Hellerau. It is difficult to describe this ambitious and interesting project, it is better to study the program (attached as pdf) and, most of all, attend the concert. El Dorado

Like the FAZ (Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung), the Süddeutsche Zeitung forbade the publication of 4 texts at our website.
These articles were reports on the Opera "Das Beben", published in the Süddeutsche Zeitung, completely or as excerpt.
As we have no money to pay the high fees for publishing permissions, we had to take off these articles.
We are sorry that we published the texts without permission.
We are also sorry that it is not possible to use Newspaper Texts on cultural websites like our website is, because of the high fees. Culture needs support, not bills.

Unfortunately we had to take off two reviews on the opera "Das Beben".
We had published excerpts from the two articles "Im Auge des Sturms" and "Es gibt ein richtiges Beben im falschen" by the german newspaper FAZ.
Both articles date back to the year 2003.
Now they prohibited to use these excerpts (we did not publish the whole articles!) and we had to un-publish them. |
